Team Building at The Bear
At The Bear of Rodborough, we have all the space you need to host a successful team building event and can organise a wide range of activities to get that team motivation flowing. Bond on the rambling hills amongst the roaming herd of Belted Galloway’s, or play hide and seek amidst the fabulous greenery set within 300 acres of National Trust landscape.
We aspire to offer you the inspirable, which is ultimately the foundational ingredient to building a strong team. From geese herding (yes, you’ve “herd” us right!), to a spot of golf on The Common’s own course with breath taking views of The Cotswolds – what better way to coax your colleague’s eye off the ball… When in the country, why not try a spot of local sport, we can organise polo and clay pigeon shooting just down the road at one of the nearby clubs.
You simply tell us what you want, or even add to our list – you name it, we can do it. And once your team has been rebuilt, come on in and relax in The Bear with a rewarding glass of wine or two, and a delicious meal to finish of your day the right way.
