The Hare and Hounds Hotel is the ideal venue for conferences, events, meetings, banqueting or team building and offers a choice of five meeting rooms which can accommodate from 10 - 200 delegates for a day meeting or residential meeting.

The Hare and Hounds hotel is peacefully situated in extensive gardens and woodland in wonderful Cotswold countryside next to Westonbirt the National Arboretum. If overnight accommodation is required, 42 ensuite bedrooms are available.

The impressive architecture, dedicated Conference Suite and selection of menus served in the Beaufort Restaurant or as a working buffet lunch, will assist in inspiring and refreshing your delegates. Alternatively Jack Hare’s Bar with its welcoming atmosphere, log fires and friendly locals is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day!

When the work is done!!

A number of corporate activities are available on request including Four Wheel Drive, Skid Pan and Go-karting at Castle Combe, Golf at Westonbirt; Minchinhampton; and Cotswold Edge Golf Course, or a Clay Pigeon Shoot at nearby Ladys Wood Shooting School. We can arrange for individual or group polo lessons at the neighbouring Beaufort Polo Club. We also have tennis courts onsite for our guests to use. 

Themed events can be arranged - Casino or Race Night, Murder Mystery dinner, Quiz Nights, Blues Night, Medieval Banquet or Barbecue.
