The Badminton Horse Trials is a three-day event, one of only six annual Concours Complet International (CCI) Four Star events as classified by the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI), which takes place in April or May each year in the park of Badminton House, the seat of the Dukes of Beaufort in Gloucestershire, England.
All rooms are en-suite and have tea and coffee facilities, digital television, radio, direct dial telephone and hair dryer.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast packages include our excellent three-course daily dinner menu. For all dinner arrangements we do please ask you to book your table (including the time required) for dinner each evening.

Booking Terms
We will be pleased to hold provisional reservations for 72 hours.
After this time a deposit of 25% of the total value is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment is required by 31st March 2013. A valid credit card will be asked for at time of booking in order to process the payment.
Cancellation Charges
All monies paid will be non-refundable & non-transferable at any stage prior to the event date.
Non-arrival or Early Departure
Rooms not taken up on the first night booked will be considered cancelled unless prior notification of delayed arrival is received. We regret that we cannot offer a refund on unused room nights.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the above charges apply in the event of any cancellation, regardless of the reason and even if the Trials are cancelled. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance. You can insure against being forced to cancel through accident or illness. It is however, not usually possible to insure against choosing to cancel your room because of a horse not competing, or as a result of all or part of the event being cancelled.
